| How is Hello's soap any
different from the soap I normally buy at the grocery? |
 Every soap
made on our premises receives the attention and care that can only
come from being handmade. Every step, from the choice of ingredients
to the final stages of being packaged, is done with time and patience
to provide the best end product possible.

| Why is handmade soap
different? |
Handmade soap
is a special craft that dates back to the early Romans and produces a
soap that is far milder than the synthetic detergents and surfactants
found in most cleaning agents today. The process of saponification
creates natural glycerin in addition to soap, and our handmade soaps
retain this highly sought humectant.

| I have really sensitive
skin. What do you recommend? |
While the
majority of our fans have not reported any adverse effects with the
use of our products, we suggest starting out with our mildest soap,
the Castile,
or perhaps some of our essential oil soaps, such as LovelyRose.

| Why is ________ out of
stock? |
Our soaps are
made in small batches to ensure accuracy and consistency across every
bar of soap produced. If a soap is out of stock it means that the next
batch is still curing on our racks as handmade soap requires 4 to 6
weeks to cure properly. During this time, the bar of soap becomes
milder and harder, ensuring a long-lasting soap. Additionally, some of
our seasonal items and limited edition items are only made a few times
per year and can onoly be purchased during those times.

Yes. Whether
it be for your big event or for personal use, custom orders are no
strangers in our workshop. Please email
